The MHS Instrumental Music Program is heading to New York City next spring!

Trip Dates: April 25-30, 2011 (during spring break)

Cost: $1400 (this may come down depending on airfare.

A packet will go home this summer with detailed information regarding payment schedule, fundraising, and more. 

IMPORTANT: A deposit is due from all students/parents who wish to go by NEXT FRIDAY, JUNE 11!!

Please print outTHIS FORM and turn it in with your deposit of $150 made payable to MHS Band Boosters no later than JUNE 11TH.   The deposit is refundable up to August 15, 2010.
