Moorpark High School’s AM Jazz Lab Band is a beginning Jazz ensemble requiring no auditions led by Director Robert Hackett and Assistant Director Daniel Cook. This ensemble consistently rehearses jazz rhythms, chords and also listens to jazz at the beginning of each rehearsal to understand more about this unique style of music. The class meets 0 period Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and is open to anyone wanting to learn to play jazz.
