The Moorpark High School’s concert program has been inundated with success for many years now. There are 3 separate Wind groups at Moorpark High School. First semester is focused on sight reading literature and preparing for concerts. Second semester there are SCSBOA Wind Festivals that the groups take part in, earning superb ratings each showing. These Ensembles are lead under the direction of Director of Bands Robert Hackett and Assistant Band Director Daniel Cook. The groups bring in many guest clinicians to enhance the musicianship and improve their repertoire.
